RETURNS POLICY
We do not refund postage and packaging where a product has been ordered by mistake, or is simply to big or to small, a restocking fee will be applied.
This covers our postage and packing to you and depending upon the size of the order, the fee can range from £4.95 -£19.00.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED UNLESS DAMAGED OR IF THERE IS A MISTAKE, AN ITEM IS CONSIDERED CUSTOMISED WHEN WE EMBROIDER OR PRINT THE PRODUCT ANY PRODUCT WITH CLUB OR COMPANY LOGO ADDED IS A CUSTOMISED ITEM, WE DO ACCEPT RETURN ON STOCK ITEMS WHICH IS THE UNCUSTOMISED ITEM WE RECIEVE FROM OUR SUPPLIERS.
Refunds will be processed less this fee. Please take extra time to check the dimensions before placing your order.
We do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is the result of our error
