We regret that we do not refund postage and packaging where a product has been ordered by mistake, or is simply to big or to small. Where dimensions are stated, a restocking fee will be applied.

This covers our postage and packing to you and depending upon the size of the order, the fee can range from £4.95 -19.00.

Refunds will be processes less this fee. Please take extra time to check the dimensions before placing your order.

We do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is the result of our error.
