How do I order online?
Click on the item you wish to order and state the quantity you require.  Once you have selected click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can continue to shop with the item in your cart ready to checkout.  When you are ready to complete the order, click the 'Cart' tab at the top of the page, this will take you to the content of your cart.  From here you can remove any items you no longer wish to purchase by clicking the red cross or you can change the quantity. How long does Delivery take?
Delivery usually takes no longer than 7 - 10 days. If it's likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or telephone.


How long do I have to return a faulty purchase?
All of products are thoroughly checked for any defects before being dispatched. Should you encounter any problems with your purchase you have 14 days to return the goods for a full refund or a replacement item. Contact us and we will let you know the details for returning goods


What do I do if I have a problem with my order or if my order is incorrect?
